2000s
Astronomy clubs in Singapore functioned independently. It was great, but it was lacking the community that many of us now associate so fondly with stargazing. Here, we introduced Singapore Astronomy Networking Dinner (SAND) as a way to connect astronomy clubs and foster collaboration.
2010s
Instagram DMs and emails got bigger, and the need for a paid networking event got smaller.
2020s
SAND started losing its footing. We hear you. Now, we're here with something better. If SAND was a bridge, Cosmobash is your launch pad. Instead of a paid collaboration event, we bring you industry connections, career insights, and hands-on experiences.
